Greetings. I heard from Natasa who informed me that Marko said that even a plant, common nettle, could be used in his recipe. Some people may consider nettle to be a weed and unfit for consumption. In challenging times, our choices of nutrients may become more varied.

I am also a Fulbright Scholar and will deploy to Montenegro in September, 2014 where I will collaborate in teaching and learning about food and culture as well as food tourism.
